I am an expert in strategic communications, people development and change management. For more than 12 years, I have been advising corporate clients across industries on (digital) transformations with a focus on the people factor and leadership development.

Over the span of my career, I’ve  gained significant experience in financial markets, automotive, media and manufacturing, taking leading positions for key industry players and setting up and managing companies both in Europe and the US.

My biggest passions are spending time on my sailboat and going on new adventures. As a lifelong learner and a very curious person, I am fascinated by everything around future possibilities, new ideas, digitalization and the human factor in all of this.
